Full-time cider dreamer, obsessive zymurgist, tinkerer and leader of the flock. Growing up in Central Oregon, he got his first taste for fermentation while working at Deschutes brewing as the humble dishwasher. A year later, he founded his first beverage company in a college apartment making organic root beer. Since then, he has gone on to work as a teacher, Kombucha brewer, cook and fermentation consultant before founding Swift.

In his free time, Aidan enjoys playing guitar, cooking with friends, making art, riding bikes, gardening, and exploring the great outdoors. Lately, he’s been designing and building open-fire cookers using scrap steel.
